- How can I place an Order?
A: 1. Go to Shop Online Tab on the Main Menu. 2. Click on the images to View Details and then Click on Add to Cart. 3. Add more items / Click on Checkout. 4. Follow the instructions, Checkout by registering yourself or as a guest. 5. Choose payment method and place Order.
- The product that I was interested in is Out of stock. What do I do ?
A: Though we try to restock our products quickly, you can Sign up in our Notify section and we’ll get back to you as as your product gets back in stock.
- How do I pay for my Order?
A: All payments are collected online, you can pay using Credit / Debit cards / Net Banking.
- How safe is it to pay on your website ?
A: All transactions are 100% secure as we have partnered with CCavenue.com. Check for the Veri Sign at the bottom of the website or read our Privacy Policy.
- I don’t have cards or use Net Banking. Can I pay via Bank Transfer or Cheque?
A: Yes, pls send us a mail with your order details at Info@styonal.in.
- How will you ship my Order?
A: For Domestic shipments, We ship through our trusted Logistics Partner.
- Any extra shipping charges?
A: We have Free shipping and Delivery Across India on all orders above Rs 300/-
For Orders below 300, Flat rate of Rs 30/- will be chargeable.
- How many days will you take to ship my order?
A: Our Handling time is 1-2 days. Once your order is shipped, We shall get back to you with the tracking details and it takes 2-3 days for delivery.
- Can I can cancel or alter my placed order?
A: To ensure quick processing and delivery, We accept cancellations and alterations made within 2-3 hours of placing the Order while we are still processing it. Email us at Info@styonal.in.
