According to our Terms and Conditions, a complaint can be launched in any of the following circumstances :
- On receiving Damaged Items
- On receiving wrong items
- On receiving incomplete Order if the same was not intimated by our team.
A return, refund, exchange can be initiated if the above complaint is launched within 3 days after receiving the Order with valid photographs.
Upon receiving a complaint, we shall revert back to you with a solution. Kindly be patient unless you hear from us before sharing any negative comments. Thanks for understanding !!
The solution for any of the reasons mentioned above would either be complete or Partial refund / Exchange or refund in the form of Store credit. If any return is accepted by Team Styonal other than the reasons mentioned above, return shipping shall be borne by the customer and refund or Store Credit for the product alone shall be provided by Styonal.
